The presentation languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and subsequently sent to at least two referees after preliminary evaluation. Accepted abstracts will be published as an e-book with an ISBN number and also in the JINKOZ Bulletin. The JINKOZ Congress meets the criteria for academic promotion.
Abstract submissions can only be made through the congress website. Submissions via email or postal service will not be accepted. All abstracts and full texts must be uploaded to the system in both Turkish and English. Abstracts to be presented at the congress must be experimental studies, clinical studies, or original case reports that contribute to scientific development and provide a conclusion. Since the abstracts submitted online will be published as is, attention should be paid to avoid errors. Authors are responsible for all errors in writing. All abstracts and full-text submissions to be presented at the congress must be scanned using plagiarism detection software (the plagiarism report is the author's responsibility) before proceeding to the review process.
Accepted abstracts will be notified by email. Authors presenting an abstract must register for the congress.
1.Title
Must not exceed 15 words.
The first letter of all words in the title must be capitalized.
Author names should be written without titles.
2.Abstract:
Must be prepared in both Turkish and English.
The abstract of original articles should be structured under subheadings (Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion).
All abbreviations used in the article must be defined at their first mention in both the abstract and the main text. Abbreviations should be given in parentheses following their definition.
The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
Abstracts for case reports should be prepared as a single paragraph without subheadings and must not exceed 150 words.
Three keywords must be provided.
3.Full Text:
Full texts must be prepared in Turkish or English.
The text should be in 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing.
The abstract should appear on the first page of the full text.
Subheadings must include Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
The full text must be a minimum of 1,000 words.
The full text, including references, tables, and figures, must not exceed 10 pages.
References must be cited in-text using numbers within parentheses.
Poster Presentation:
Posters must be 70 cm wide and 90 cm high. They should be designed to be legible from at least 1 meter. Posters will be displayed at the designated time, place, and numbered section announced by the organizing committee.
Oral Presentation:
Presentations can be in Turkish or English. Slides must be in landscape format, with no more than six lines of text per slide. The total number of slides must not exceed 20. The presentation duration is 10 minutes.
Video Presentation:
All text on the video must be in English. The presentation duration is 7 minutes.
Rules for Oral and Poster Abstracts:
A maximum of one table and one graph can be included.
There are no restrictions for full texts. Participants who wish to do so may upload their full text in Word format during the abstract submission steps.
Video Abstracts:
- Only one video can be uploaded.
